Description

Access off Mill Gate in Newark into Mill Lane. Over the bridge and park on the left next to the Dyke. Walk upstream over the long stone bridge and straight on through the clapper gate. There are 26 pegs providing very good float fishing especially in the autumn/winter when there are good shoals of roach to be had. Earlier in the season, there are good Bream and skimmers to be had along the length especially near the marina mouths and in the lower pegs.
